Matt Thomas
Founder, Thomas Risk Solutions LLC
Matt has spent 13 years in ski-industry risk management — running risk programs at Alyeska Resort in Alaska, Camelback Resort in Pennsylvania, and Telluride Ski and Golf in Colorado.
He currently serves as contract Director of Risk Management at Telluride and owns Thomas Risk Solutions LLC, where he builds the operational tools he could never find off the shelf.
Digital First Report came out of years of working around the same set of problems — paper intake, scattered communication, OSHA recordkeeping done by hand at 11 PM. It is the system Matt wishes had existed at his first risk job.
